Maynard James Keenan, the singer of Tool, Puscifer and A Perfect Circle and now owner of Caduceus Cellars in Arizona join us on H&V. We find MJK in one of America’s legendary “ghost towns” – Jerome, Arizona. We start at Keenan’s tasting bar in Jerome then a quick drive to his winery to taste EVERYTHING.

We leave just enough time to get back to Phoenix to meet a visionary man, Peter Kaspeski and enter his wildly popular Cowboy Ciao restaurant. We dive into the kitchen and make their iconic salad with Executive Chef Lester Gonzales. Ciao!!
